Our Barn and Property

Sunset Hill Wedding Barn is a new rustic wedding barn nestled in the rolling hills of beautiful northern Michigan , just outside the village of Central Lake, MI.

The barn venue is perfectly located minutes from Torch Lake, overlooking 55+ beautiful acres of rolling grassland and woods.

Our 4000 sq. ft. barn accommodates 270 seated guests inside the barn. We also have a 1600 sq. ft. rear covered porch with an outdoor dance floor and scenic views of majestic countryside sunsets.

The barn has full indoor handicap accessible restrooms, a caterer’s prep room, bride’s room and plenty of parking for guests.

Your wedding ceremony can be held on top of Sunset Hill with the beauty of nature as your backdrop.

We welcome you to schedule an appointment to tour the barn and get the full feel of the beauty of the property.

Our Rates

**Weekend Wedding Package* at Sunset Hill Wedding Barn: $7900**

Rental includes: use of the venue Friday 10 am-8 pm, Saturday 10 am-11:30 pm,
and Sunday 9 am-10 am (to pick up personal belongings) unless prior arrangements are made with SHWB. This allows time for setup, decorating and rehearsal on Friday; Ceremony and Reception on Saturday; then time on Sunday to pick up belongings.

We also offer one day Reception/Wedding **packages* as follows:**

Friday Only $6200 Venue rental time: 9 am – midnight
Saturday Only $6800 Venue rental time: 9 am – midnight
Sunday Only $5500 Venue rental time: 10 am – 11 pm
Monday-Thursday $4500 Venue rental time: 9 am – 11 pm

*All amenities are included in these packages. You may choose any caterer and other vendors of your choice and may provide your own beverages/alcohol of choice. (All beverages must be dispensed through our SHWB bar service.)

A 50% deposit of the venue fee is required to reserve an event date.
