Sunset Hill Wedding Barn is open from May 1st through the last weekend in October.
The rental includes use of the venue Friday 10 am -9 pm, Saturday 10 am-midnight,
and Sunday 9 am-10 am (for pickup of belongings only) unless prior arrangements are made with SHWB. This allows time for setup, decorating and rehearsal on Friday;
Ceremony and Reception on Saturday; then final cleanup time on Sunday.

A 50% deposit of the venue fee is required to reserve an event date.
The rental fee includes tables and chairs for up to 300 guests for the reception, on site wedding ceremony including chairs, white linen table overlays, 4 large wood farm tables, buffet tables, cake table, gift table, cocktail tables, caterer’s room, refrigerator, Bride’s room, 2 patio gas fire pit tables, 2 large 6’ windmill ceiling fans, 6 additional large ceiling fans, 4 patio heaters for cooler weather, extra large parking area close to barn, indoor modern handicap accessible restrooms, use of Beverage Service Bar, keg coolers & taps, string lighting in barn, 2 corn hole games and decorative items. (An inventory list of decorations provided.)
Decorations may also be brought in by the client. If the ceremony is held onsite, 300 chairs are available for guest seating. Additional guest tables and chairs, or specialty items desired by the Client will be contracted and paid for by the Client.
Setup and teardown of included tables and chairs, according to an agreed upon layout, is included in the venue fee. Also, final cleanup is included such as clearing off tables, taking care of all trash and floor cleaning. (Excludes food service cleanup.)
Our 4000 sq. ft. barn accommodates 270 seated guests inside the barn.
The Client is responsible for arranging vendors for cakes,/desserts/catering services. The client may also provide all beer and liquor. All beverages/alcohol must be served by SHWB staff through our beverage service package. More information available by SHWB contact person.
No alcohol is permitted in the barn or on the grounds at any time other than during your main event unless previously approved by SHWB.
The Caterer’s Room in the barn is for storage of food to facilitate food service only and has several electrical outlets for heated service appliances brought in. The room is not a commercial kitchen and cannot facilitate food preparation.
Sunset Hill Wedding Barn is not responsible for inclement weather or lost/stolen items. We require proof of wedding/liquor liability insurance to be purchased within 30 days of the event. Event insurance is available from several insurance providers.

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the total venue fee is due upon signing of the contract. The event space and date will not be considered reserved prior to receipt of the signed contract and deposit by Client to Sunset Hill Wedding Barn.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable. In the event you need to reschedule, the deposit and any payments may be transferred to a new date for the contracted couple, if there is an acceptable date available.
All buildings on the premises are smoke-free and pet-free. Guests wishing to smoke may do so outside, wherever cigarette disposal bins are located. Pets on a leash may be brought in for the wedding ceremony and pictures with approval of SHWB.
The Barn is not air conditioned or heated, however, the barn has 8 large ceiling fans and plenty of open air space and ventilation to help provide comfortable air circulation. We also provide 4 patio heaters in case of cool weather days.
